Because our products are intimate beauty items that come into close contact with hair and skin, hygiene and safety are very important to us. For this reason, many wig products may be final sale once the packaging has been opened, the lace has been cut, tags have been removed, or the product has been worn, altered, or damaged.

Where returns are permitted, eligible items must generally be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached, and returned within the time frame stated in our detailed Returns Policy (for example, within 7–14 days from the date of delivery). Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective product), original shipping fees are typically non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
